About Kristina

I have recently opened my studio in Erin in January of 2009 after my husband and I finished our home. I have been teaching privately for over 15 years, however, have only recently moved to the area to start a studio here. I have a degree in Music Education from UW-Madison and in the past have taught middle school orchestra in the Stoughton School District for 5 years.
It is my goal to teach my students the basics of their instrument and of music so that they will have the skills needed to discover music on their own. Along the way I try to introduce my students to several different styles including classical, jazz, pop, rock, folk, musicals, Disney, and more.
I specialize in teaching beginning to intermediate students beginning at age 5 and up, including adults.
